The Hellenic Endocrine Network actively participated in the proceedings of the Annual Meeting of the Obesity Society (The Obesity Week 2025), which was held in Atlanta, GA, USA, on November 4–7, 2025. Our organization was represented by our Treasurer, Prof. Paparodis, who presented a poster presentation of our Obesity focus group, led by our Preseident, Dr. Angelopoulos. Our study described the effect of tirzepatide on serum calcitonin based on our real-world data registry. The presentation drew significant interest from colleagues attending the conference, as well as from patient organizations and pharmaceutical companies. At the same time, we had the opportunity to connect and prepare collaborations with international colleagues, global scientific organizations, patient representatives, and pharmaceutical company delegates.
