INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS OF SUBMISSIONS FOR INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARD APPROVAL
The Institutional Review Board of Hellenic Endocrine APPLICATION. is an independent body certifying the bioethical, legal and scientifically correct format of research protocols submitted to it. In order to ascertain that the review process is simple and rapid, please follow the steps below
Step 1. Download and fill the HELLENIC ENDOCRINE NEWORK IRB RESEARCH PROTOCOL APPLICATION. All signatures must be hand-written. Click here to download.
Step 2. Start the application submission process in the form bellow.
Step 3. Upload the filled HELLENIC ENDOCRINE NEWORK IRB RESEARCH PROTOCOL APPLICATION..

Step 5. Fill the principal investigator's contact info.
Step 6. Pay the application fees (see below for details).
Step 7. Expect an immediate email response of receipt of your application.
Step 8. Expect an email receipt of your fees payment and a confirmation that your application has been forwarded to our IRB memebrs.
Step 9. Expect an email response with the official, signed response of our IRB within 15 days.
Please type your protocol in .pdf. format. The text needs to be double-spaced and written in Calibri, Arial or Times New Roman letterline. All citations should be found at the end of the file, and should be inserted in the text and referenced in accordance with the standards of the AMA Manual of Style. All tables and figures should be high resolution (at least 600 dpi).
All payments are made online with the use of a valid credit card and are non-refundable. A receipt is issued within two working days and emailed to the principal investigator. Given that the Hellenic Endocrine Network is a non-governmental, not for profit organization, all payments are exempt from taxation for the payer according to Greek laws. Please consult with your accounting office for details regarding non-governmental, not for profit organizations and tax exemptions in your country.
